The USDA (Arizona Rural Development Office) just received their funding yesterday and they are ready to help homebuyers.  I just talked to the Show Low Office and they are  ready and anxious to help families to purchase their new home. 
The program provides 100% financing/”no down payment” loans for site built, manufactured or existing homes.  The maximum loan amount is $190,000.

There is a FREE Homebuyers Education Workshop coming up in February to help those who are looking to buy a home.  The Workshop is sponsored by the Arizona Department of Housing, Northland Pioneer College and the Northern Arizona Council of Governments.  There is no charge to attend; however, pre-registration for the workshop is required.

The City of Eagar Finance Department has grant funds from the Arizona Department of Housing, Community Development Block Grant, and the State Special Project Grant to assist Apache County residents to rehabilitate their homes.  The grants provide residents with the means to construct or repair homes for families in communities including Concho, Vernon, St. Johns, Springerville and Eagar.
