The USDA (Arizona Rural Development Office) just received their funding yesterday and they are ready to help homebuyers. I just talked to the Show Low Office and they are ready and anxious to help families to purchase their new home.
The program provides 100% financing/”no down payment” loans for site built, manufactured or existing homes. The maximum loan amount is $190,000.

There is a FREE Homebuyers Education Workshop coming up in February to help those who are looking to buy a home. The Workshop is sponsored by the Arizona Department of Housing, Northland Pioneer College and the Northern Arizona Council of Governments.
